How We Protect Your Account Data

Your account information — name, payment details, identity documents — is stored with SSL encryption and never shared with third parties outside of legally required verification processes. We retain identity documents only as long as required by applicable state regulations, after which they are deleted from our records. You can request a copy of the data we hold on your account by contacting support@kalishi with your username. Cookie data from your sessions is used only for account functionality and session security, not for third-party ad targeting.

SSL Encryption

Every connection to kalishi runs over SSL. Your PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ transaction data moves through an encrypted channel from your device to our servers.

Data Retention

Identity documents are held only for the period required by your state's applicable regulations. Once that period passes, we delete them from our records permanently.

Cookie Use

Session cookies keep your account logged in and track your wallet state. We do not use your session data to build ad profiles or sell it to any outside party.

Data Requests

Email support@kalishi from your registered address to request, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. We respond to verified requests within the window your state requires.
